Description Of Work:

Mark replaced a garbage disposal, faucet, water heater, and toilet tank water line components. He also strapped my copper pipes to control a severe water hammer problem.

I e-mailed Mark questions and had a response almost immediately. I asked for product suggestions. He gave me options, and his experience with the various products, and sent web links for me to check myself. I opted for some high-end products, which increased the cost significantly (the cost of water heater, faucet, and disposal are included in the cost), but I was pleased that he also gave me some lower-cost options to choose from. He arrived on time on the dates specified with the products I had requested. Worked hard until the job was done, and the work was done right the first time. He used shoe covers, and cleaned up everything when he left-the house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived! I will definitely use him for future work.

Fixed master bath toilet which was ghost flushing by replacing internals. Reset the entry floor toilet, which was unseated. Fixed basement toilet which was running constantly by replacing all internals. Also tried to identify a leak from the upstairs bathroom.

Mark is fantastic. He is personable, professional, and very thorough. He went over and above in terms of tracking down parts for an unusual single-piece toilet that we have, giving us the option of replacing the whole thing or just fixing the internals. He was upfront about not necessarily needing to replace the whole toilet at this moment, which saved money. He spent a lot of time trying to isolate a leak we had without digging into the walls, and was able to eliminate the toilet as a possibility. We will definitely be using him for future projects. One of the best things about Mark is he is very responsive on email and gets back to you almost immediately, no need to play phone tag, which we really appreciate.

I had Mark install a backup to the existing sump. He arrived on time and upon arrival inspected what needed to be done and offered me some options. He also offered to follow up with the job if I had any questions and/or needed help with the new system professional and polite. I am very pleased with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Coleman's Plumbing.

Reset two loose toilets, and in one also replaced broken flange and fill valve. Looped dishwasher drain to code. Evaluated bathroom upgrades done by the previous owner.

Mark did a fantastic job. He was professional and personable and came across as very trustworthy. He offered his opinion when asked and told me when my requested repair was not needed. (A third toilet didn't need resetting after all.) He provided a replacement fill valve at his cost. He cleaned up after himself, treated my house with respect on a rainy day, and his work looked great upon inspection. He also helped me evaluate the bathroom upgrade done by the previous owner. I will use no other plumber in the future.
